[ SANTOPS × Spartan European Championship · Saint-Raphaël — 3 & 4 October ]

Français

A European championship is won between the races, too.

Electrostimulation, compression therapy, sauna and cold plunge in one guided circuit, run by state-registered nurses, inside the Spartan village. Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October. Limited places.

RECOVERY ISN’T OPTIONAL ANY MORE.

SANTOPS brings its Recovery Zone to the Spartan European Championship village in Saint-Raphaël. One full circuit — electrostimulation and compression therapy at the same time, then sauna and cold plunge contrast — run by state-registered nurses. Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October. You bring the heavy legs, we handle the rest.

The Beast is Saturday. The Super is Sunday.

21 km and 30 obstacles for the European championship, then 10 km and 25 obstacles the next day. One night in between. That is short for legs that have just taken on the Estérel.

Trifecta: three races, one weekend

Sprint, Super and Beast back to back over two days. Between two start lines you don’t have time to recover naturally. You do have time to recover methodically: twenty minutes in the chair, electrostimulation and compression running together.

Sauna and cold plunge contrast — what the pros do

Sauna 8 minutes, cold plunge 3 minutes, sauna 8 minutes. Alternating heat and cold clears inflammation and settles the nervous system ready for tomorrow.

RECOVERY IS NOT A BREAK.

It’s your third discipline. Compression to drain, electrostimulation to switch the muscle back on, contrast to put out the inflammation — all of it run by state-registered nurses, in the heart of the Spartan village.

Day pass — €65

Electrostimulation + compression together · 20 min (reclined), then contrast: sauna 8 min, cold plunge 3 min, sauna 8 min.Individually: €85. Slot booked on site.

★ Weekend pass — €120

FREQUENTLY ASKED.

What people ask us most before booking: how it runs, choosing a slot, and what to bring.

How does it work?

You buy your pass online. On site you pick your slot at the Recovery Zone itself, based on your race time and what’s free. Allow about forty minutes: twenty minutes of electrostimulation and compression in the chair, then the sauna and cold plunge contrast.

Day pass or weekend pass?

The €65 day pass covers one full circuit on one day: that’s what you want if you only race once. If you’re doing the Beast on Saturday and the Super or Sprint on Sunday — a Trifecta, say — take the €120 weekend pass: the same circuit on both days, plus unlimited access to the balls, rollers and guns, subject to availability. Bought individually that comes to €170, so you save €50.

Before or after my race?

Both work. Electrostimulation wakes the muscles up before the start; compression therapy and the cold plunge do their work after the effort. You choose your slot around your race time.

What do I need to bring?

A towel and swimwear for the sauna and the cold plunge. Everything else — chair, equipment, supervision — is provided.

Can I take just one treatment?

Yes, on site and without booking, subject to availability: electrostimulation + compression (they go together) 20 min for €30, sauna 10 min for €20, cold plunge 10 min for €15. The pass costs less as soon as you take all three.
